StoryInPic operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your country of residence.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

SECTION 2 – CUSTOM PRODUCTS & PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

StoryInPic specializes in personalized and made-to-order products.

All products are individually crafted based on customer-provided designs, names, images, or specifications.

Due to the nature of printing, engraving, materials, lighting and screen settings, slight variations in color, alignment, engraving depth, texture or finish may occur. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled, modified or refunded once production has started.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include shipping fees or applicable VAT. Additional charges may apply.

You confirm that:

  • The payment details provided are accurate.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • You agree to pay all applicable charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once the product is transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including logos, brand names, designs, text, images, graphics and layout are the property of StoryInPic and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify or exploit any content without prior written permission.

“StoryInPic” and related branding elements are protected trademarks.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOMER SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you submit images, artwork, logos, names or other materials for customization, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to such content, or

  • You have obtained permission from the rightful owner.

You are solely responsible for ensuring submitted materials do not infringe copyright, trademark or intellectual property rights.

StoryInPic shall not be liable for any claims arising from customer-submitted content.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryInPic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.

Except as required by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
