All StoryInPic products are custom-made and produced upon order.

Production time typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on:

  • Product type

  • Customization complexity

  • Order volume

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped or made available for pickup.

Shipping Within the UAE

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping may apply to selected orders or promotional campaigns.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for:

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Order Tracking

Risk of Loss

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect address details

  • Carrier-related issues

Damaged Packages
