At StoryInPic, each product is individually crafted and personalized upon order. For this reason, all customized and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized or custom-printed items

  • Engraved products

  • Items produced on demand

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Damages or Errors

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item due to our error, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at:

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed as a production error on our side, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a partial or full refund at our discretion

We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually.

Important Notice

Due to the personalized nature of our products, minor variations in color, alignment, or material texture may occur and are not considered defects.

European Union Customers

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to customized or personalized products, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations regarding made-to-order goods.
